Congratulations to the students who just completed their English language studies as part of a cooperative scholarship between the US Embassy in Bamako and IHEM/CEFLA – Bamako, CITRACO in Sikasso and the Lycée Abdoul Karim Camara in Ségou.  The Malian alumni of our Youth Leadership Program followed up their three-week trips to the U.S. with a year of intensive English classes after their return to Mali.
