U.S. Federal Benefits

The U.S. Embassy Bamako represents several Federal agencies and can, on their behalf, facilitate claims processing and the payment of benefits to U.S. citizens living in Mali.

The Consular Section administers Federal benefit programs on behalf of the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veteran Affairs, the Office of Personnel Management, the Department of Labor, and the Railroad Retirement Board.

The Consular Section can help individuals with federal benefit questions, issues, and applications.
